Our teams strongly advise all clients to take accountability for both ‘checked’ and ‘hand’ (carry-on) types of luggage, as two kinds of bags can take up a lot of space. Our drivers aim to transport you and your property to your desired destination in the safest possible way.

Please note: Each piece of luggage will count as an individual. If you are travelling with one piece of hand luggage and one piece of checked luggage, you will need to book a transfer for two luggage pieces.

It is also essential to inform us if you will be travelling with luggage that might be slightly larger than average sizes or other bulky items so that we can plan your journey accordingly.

Bulky items may include:
