1ST Airport Taxis allow you, its customers, to cancel their bookings at any point with no cost.
We offer a 24-hour service so if you would like to withdraw your booking, feel free to call us on 01582 22 44 44 and give us your booking reference number so that we can cancel your reservation as soon as possible.

Child Seats
Legally, kids must be in a car seat when travelling. If you are not able to carry your own, 1st airport taxis will provide you with one for absolutely free! Be sure to let us know when you are travelling with children so we can put the arrangements in place. Your child’s safety is critical to us.

What payment methods do you have?
We have 2 main payment methods
Cash- you pay cash to the driver on the day of the journey when you have reached the drop off location.
Card - pay online through a link included in your booking confirmation email. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
How much do you charge for the meet and greet service?
The meet and greet service that we offer costs an extra £12. We will add this to the final price that we give you. You can choose to include this option when placing your booking.
