We offer airport transfers and meet and greet services in all of the leading London airports. Are your cars licensed?
At 1st Airport Taxis we are delighted to say that all of the vehicles in our fleet are fully licenced which should provide you with complete peace of mind in our service.
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
We are keen to provide you with as much flexibility as possible and this includes payment options. If you are looking to pay at the point of booking, you can do so and we accept all major debit and credit cards. If you are looking to pay cash at the end of your journey, you can do so.
What extra charges do you apply?
One of the strongest reasons to call on the services of 1st Airport Taxis is the fact that we don't charge you any extra fees or additional prices. All of our journeys are prices on a fixed basis and the price you are quoted is the price you will pay for the service.
If my flight details change, what do I do?
At 1st Airport Taxis, we take the time to monitor your flight details. If your flight is delayed, you can be confident that we will be aware of the situation and we will make sure that someone is waiting to collect you on your arrival.
Do you charge per passenger?
This is not how we operate at 1st Airport Taxis. The price you are quoted is for the journey and we don't charge extra depending on the number of travelling passengers.
Can I book for a large group?
We are pleased to cater to larger travelling parties if required. If you do need a larger vehicle, please get let us know at the point of booking and we will aim to provide you with a reliable and affordable service.
