Regular Pickup Procedure
The pickup point at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 is at the car park 2, level 1. You will need to make your way over to this location as your driver will be waiting there to pick you up.
When you leave the arrivals hall, walk around 20 yards from the front main door, and there will be a car park building. You need to take the elevator and make your way over to level 1, which is where your driver will be waiting.
Your driver will call you and help you get to his location if you are still confused on the day. We are always monitoring your flight, and once you land, we will send a track-and-trace link to your mobile phone so you can see his live location. We will also send your drivers details so you can spot him easily.
Your driver will contact you when you land to let you know that he is ready to pick you up and you can begin making your way towards him.
Meet and Greet Pickup Procedure
A meet & greet pickup is the more comfortable and least time-consuming method of pickup. Your driver will park his vehicle nearby and will enter the arrivals hall. He will be standing there with your name on a board so you can find him as soon as you leave the arrivals.
Your driver will be monitoring your flight for the exact time it lands so he can be there at the correct time. Once you see your driver, he will greet you, help you with any luggage and take you to his vehicle.
