I haven’t received a booking confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please don’t panic. We advise all of our customers to double-check their booking details and make sure they have the correct email.
If you realise your email is incorrect, please contact us through live chat, email or telephone, so our support team can amend your details and re-send you the booking confirmation link.
How long will my driver wait for me?
The average pick up time is around 45 minutes. However, if we cannot reach you after 45 minutes of your flight landing time, this means you should contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve your driver for a longer period.
We understand there are always delays at the airport. Please inform us about any extraordinary delays, e.g. if you have lost your passport or are stuck at checkout. This will allow our support team to update your driver.
What if my flight is delayed? What if my flight arrives early?
1ST Airport Taxis has invested in all the latest technology to help our clients if your flight is delayed or arrives earlier than the expected time, we already know!
Our operators will monitor and track your flight and inform your driver if there any changes to your flight status, so you do not have to do anything.
How can I communicate directly with my driver?
Once your driver is allocated, we will send you all the information you need about your driver, including the driver's name, vehicle make and model and vehicle registration.
We will also provide you with a track and trace link to see your driver's progress. Through this method, you can directly message and call your driver. Our standard operating procedure involves your driver calling you as soon as you land.
